The Mythic Masculine is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Mythic Masculine and you in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in BC for the resolution of any disputes.

13. SMS Messaging

  1. For the Deep Masculine online program, participants can opt to receive messages on booking their discovery call and further important announcements.

  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to contact@themythicmasculine.com.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 4-5 promotional messages per month, you may receive more messages if you sign up for appointment notifications, or choose to respond and communicate with our team via text.  For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
